Drive Growth Partners are compensated exclusively based on successful business introductions and real commerce activity within the Drive ecosystem. There are no base salaries, no guaranteed minimums, and no recruitment-based compensation.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: compensation follows real value creation. We believe that partners who build genuine relationships and generate real business activity should be rewarded accordingly — and rewarded well.
Specific compensation structures, rates and terms are discussed with qualified applicants during the onboarding process. We do not publish specific rates publicly as they may vary based on product category, volume and partner tier.
Compensation is tied directly to real business introductions and genuine commerce activity — not activity metrics, calls made, or recruitment of other partners.

We look for individuals who approach business development with initiative, creativity and a genuine entrepreneurial spirit — not those looking for passive income with minimal effort.
Every Drive Growth Partner represents the Drive brand. We require a high standard of professional conduct, honest communication and integrity in every interaction.
Successful partners allocate meaningful time to business development activities. We look for applicants who can commit at least 5–10 hours per week to their DGPN practice.
We are building for the long term and prioritize partners who share that same long-horizon perspective — those who want to build a sustainable business development practice over time.
Partners with strong presence in specific automotive markets — whether local, regional or national — are particularly valuable to our expansion strategy.
